What do you do when you get a Warmly, notification that someone you are about to meet with is on your website? First I watch the live session for a little to see what they are engaging with 👀 Then I chat with them live and offer to jump in the zoom meeting early 🤷🏽♂️ Meeting started 5 minutes early this morning and we jumped right in to the good stuff as the participant has already seen interactive demos of our platform in action on our website and our customer gallery of demos. 😁 Happy Selling Y'all ✌🏽 #sdr #ae #salesleader

Product demos should be engaging, not boring. Focus on your client—get to the point and ask relevant questions to keep the conversation flowing. Objections are to be expected; chances are you’re not the first demo they’ve seen. Plan for a one-hour call: 30 minutes to showcase the solutions, and 30 minutes for Q&A. Good luck. #foodforthought

But until: - Discovery is taken more seriously than a presentation - AEs stop pulling in SEs last minute into meetings - Exec teams adjust their success benchmark I will keep banging on that drum.
