They will gain a better understanding of how their personal experiences and perspectives impact their interactions with others. - Create a personal action plan: Each participant will leave the session with a personalized action plan outlining specific steps they intend to take to further their DEI journey. This could include commitments to continuous learning, engaging in difficult conversations, or actively seeking out opportunities to support underrepresented groups. - Foster a commitment to ongoing growth: Participants will be motivated and committed to continually evolving their understanding of DEI issues and their own role in fostering inclusion.
