A framework is a guide and a structure to help construct a way forward from. What it is not is the rule book, the definitive answer, or, the only way forward. One of the most important steps in our Sales Excellence approach is step 3 "the validation step". This is when we create the opportunity to validate responses to our surveys and check what is underlying in the range of data responses. It's a vital step to ensure that the data and the reality connect 🤝 Today we met some of our friends from EDS AD to do just that and we have now all we need to build our Sales Excellence assessment report. Exciting times and we unlock the art of the possible 👏🏼 #energy #salesexcellence
