Problem statement: the hardest part of human trial research is finding humans to take part. Our approach: fall in love with the problem, not the (old and tired) solution. We set up Research VIP to inform, excite and engage with volunteers about the many human trials we are conducting at Massey University. My team of students and interns (from around the world) are doing a wonderful job falling in love with the problem! Thank you for your passion, your energy and your commitment to help postgrad students complete their studies, reducing my stress levels for completing trials, and ultimately helping Kiwis lead healthier lives. 🌟 Meet Our Team 🌟 At Research VIP, we’re more than just colleagues, we’re family. ❤️ Ajmol Ali, who values strong connections, has always emphasized the importance of building a family-like atmosphere where everyone’s ideas and contributions are valued. Beyond work, we strengthen our connections through shared activities like paddleboarding, pub quizzes, and enjoying drinks together, creating lasting memories as a team. As Henry Ford said, “Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.” This quote reflects our philosophy: by supporting one another and working toward shared goals, we achieve greatness. 👥 From left to right: Max Pansier, Robyn Prince, Krutika Nanavati, Sam Murphy, Jessamie Lindley, Nell Powell, Lucy Twigger, and Lara Tolson.

🚀 Teamwork and communication at its best! 🚀 At our recent RAIT Baltic Team meeting, we not only enjoyed some fun activities and face-to-face time, but we also had valuable conversations that reinforced the importance of clear communication. Whether within our team or when understanding our clients' needs, talking things out is crucial to delivering the best results. It was great to see everyone, and here's to smooth cooperation moving forward! 📸 Photo credits to Rodrigo Vieira #TeamWork #ClientSuccess #RAIT #Collaboration #Communication

What feels like forever ago, I connected on a call with Glenise Kinard-Moore and learned her story and listened to what she wanted to achieve with VDOM. There were a couple of things that stood out to me which have clearly contributed to this amazing founder's rise -- and that deserve to be shouted from the nearest rooftop: 1.) Glenise is tough as nails. Those in the industry, myself included, always look to work with founders who will get things done ---- with or without us, "either over, under, or through". Glenise had a plan, she worked her plan, and I'm quite sure there are backup plans upon backup plans. She is super dedicated in this regard. 2.) Empathy. Glenise has it in abundant quantities. For the users of VDOM, I could see exactly how Glenise planned on helping them and on how empathy specifically played a huge role in her startup. If you lead with empathy and you already have such a solid leadership foundation like she does, you're much less prone to failing. 3.) Story Meets Opportunity. Glenise can explain why she does what she does and why it's valuable. It is just that simple. Many of us struggle to balance the story with the business opportunity. Many of us have to fine-tune that proportionality. I've watched how Glenise has done it and it's just remarkable how much she's done. To my investor network, my Boston ecosystem friends: Look at what Glenise is doing, and read up on VDOM. The technology has an impact that, for me, is quite significant. The founder too, as always, is significant herself -- a true marvel. #startups #founders #entrepreneurship
Team VDOM! Well just half of the team, missing a few.. Our team is distributed across 6 states, so we enjoy our monthly IRL meetings... 👊🏾🚀💥
