Our fees are heavily based on the selling of businesses, so if we didn't believe we could sell it, we likely wouldn't entertain onboarding them anyway. So why not share the realities to help those outside the industry understand some of the realities? A couple of key takeaways. In 2022, there were 5.2 million micro-businesses in the UK, accounting for 95% of all UK businesses. Micro businesses can have the hardest time successfully selling. Selling isn't always about an eventual payout.
