Let’s go back to 2021 when I was a Real Estate agent 👈 I’ll be honest, I really did love it but… It was tough. I mean we all know it’s such a high pressure job. But I wouldn’t give up that experience for anything. Why? I’ve become a successful recruiter because of it 📈 Being a broker taught me to lead by honesty and transparency. When hiring for this job knowing that the role is commission only, you HAVE to be realistic with your candidates to fully prepare them for what is to come. Your candidates are relocating to Dubai with their life savings, they are putting everything they have into becoming a real estate agent 💰 Moving to Dubai is a big thing, but coming into real estate is an even bigger thing. Putting the 2 together, you have to be a certain type of person to take on the challenge. I’m not here to tell you you’re going to be a millionaire in your first year, because realistically you’re not. It takes a lot of time to build yourself in this industry.
