This was one of my most significant, yet easiest, business decisions to date. I have sssooooo many conversations with business owners about their challenges running a business and team. Many of whom have been in business for decades. I hear that a constant restriction to growth was a lack of willingness to give over some control and trust their people. This creates a bottlenecking situation for those business owners and, in some cases, a bit of hopelessness in their abilities to have a work-life balance and succession as the demand on them is immense. I want to see Partnear grow, I want to see the people that make Partnear grow, and I don't want to be a slave to business ownership, to later find myself pulling back the reigns and reducing to suit me at the cost of staff and clients. If the people and the model are successful, I want them to flourish. That means I need to give our people a greater say so we all plan for growth and success.
🌟 We believe in empowering our people to share in the success of the organisation, so we've taken a significant step by introducing employee equity to Partnear. Our initial step is bringing in our newly appointed Group Managers as shareholders to help foster the future growth of the business. 💼🤝
This initiative strengthens accountability and collaboration and ensures diverse perspectives to guide our direction. Learn how this approach is shaping a more resilient and innovative Partnear.
