Am I the only one to think that "good enough is good enough" when experimenting with AI-Hybrid content generation for customer engagement? The adoption of new AI tech to create content designed to engage is currently an issue that the following professionals are struggling with: ◾ customer engagement managers ◾ marketing managers ◾ medical affairs managers And like everything new and shiny💎, they love the idea of using AI to create draft content for customer engagement or content marketing but do not know where to start. 💠 Sometimes they cling onto their existing work pattern and continue to create content the old-fashioned way. But there is a time and place for old-fashioned quality content: the bottom of the funnel. 🔶 For top-of-the-funnel content partly generated by AI tools and complemented by quality checks done by a skilled editor, there are no two ways about it: ➰ Experimenting and iterating are the only way to go. The assumption, here, is that there is a safety net of a science or medical writer available to polish the AI-generated content, to make sure it is scientifically accurate and compliant. ❔ Did you experience this inertia in adopting simple tech like AI summarisation in your role? ❔ Only to be met with a lot of doubt about its quality, even in the face of the safety net provided by skilled medical or science editors? #hcpengagement #marketing #CX #medicalaffairs
