It's a step in the right direction, but they should instead be bound to not share without an Opt-in.

I'm all for this, however people need to know that if everyone stops businesses from selling their data, there will be a lot fewer things for free. Most people won't like "paying" for things with cash instead of data. But, I still think this is great!
