We're #hiring for two roles. Trust me, you want to join our team: FreeWill was named as one of America's Most Loved Workplaces in 2024 by Newsweek! • Product & Growth Marketing Manager (Salary: $120k - $130k) • Recruiter (Salary: $70k - $80k) Apply or share these with your networks! For #equity purposes: • I LOVE your initiative, but I want to ensure that the same opportunities exist for every applicant; therefore, I will not be able to reply to direct messages with more details on the role or put you in contact with the hiring manager. • FreeWill has a set non-negotiation compensation policy - we don't think that an individual's pay should be determined by how comfortable they are negotiating. #marketing #humanresources #relationshipbuilder #customeracquisition

The True Cost of Staying in One Job: Missed Opportunities and Hidden Risks: 1. Sticking with the same gig might mean missing out on promotions, raises, or learning new skills elsewhere. 2. Overworking can lead to health issues, from stress-related doctor’s visits to expensive therapy sessions. 3. Staying in one place might mean missing out on higher salaries and better perks that other companies offer. 4. If you're not growing professionally, your skills might get rusty, making it harder to switch jobs later. 5. Constant unhappiness can affect your overall well-being and even impact your future job performance. Get Nexta: https://lnkd.in/dwprS3ix #levelup #getnexta #LevelupYourKnowledge
