Spending my second Christmas away from home has giving me the greatest gift: Christmas is my favorite time of the year. And even if my family is not the biggest (just four people and my dog 🐾) I am used to spending this magical season with the people that I love the most. I am that person in my family: 🎥 Forcing everyone to watch Christmas movies. 🎄 Decorating the tree with way too much enthusiasm. 🎶 Blasting carols on repeat. 🍫 Making hot chocolate almost every day. ✨ Dragging everyone out to see the Christmas lights. This is my second Christmas in a row away from home since moving across the world. 🌍 So, obviously, I won’t be there. And honestly? It’s tough. It’s really tough. But it has given me the greatest gift. Appreciating time. Every 1-minute voice note, every 5-minute check-in, every 30-minute call I get with them, is the greatest gift I can ask for. I am grateful for every second I can spend talking to them, talking about their daily activities or biggest struggles. I have realized that time is the most valuable gift we can give ourselves and the people we love. And ever since I started repurposing my content and my client’s content, that is what they got back: TIME. Give yourself the best Christmas present you could ask for and get your time back. Let someone else handle your content (for example repurpose4revenue), so you can handle what matters most: your life. Let yourself enjoy this season with your family. #christmas #contentrepurposing #time #gift #contentcreation

Christmas is often associated with giving and receiving gifts, but its true essence is found in something far more meaningful: our presence. It’s not just about the wrapped presents under the tree but the way we show up for the people we care about—not just today, but every day. The most valuable gifts are often the ones we take for granted: waking up to a new morning, sharing meaningful conversations, and spending time with loved ones. As we reflect on the season, let’s commit to celebrating the spirit of Christmas beyond December 25th. Let’s show up with gratitude, connection, and love—not just during the holidays but throughout the year. How will you carry the magic of Christmas forward into your everyday life? Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful and meaningful holiday season! #HolidayReflection #GratitudeInAction #PresenceOverPresents #CelebrateConnection #EverydayGifts #LeadWithLove #AuthenticLiving #MeaningfulMoments #SeasonOfGiving #CarryTheMagic Mark Sadovnick Meredith Bell Anja Žibert Perry Knoppert Todd Cherches

✨ Redefine “Holiday” This year, my husband will be working nearly every holiday that’s special to us—Halloween, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (thanks, leap year 🙃). Instead of focusing on what we’re missing, we sat down last week to share what each of us loves most about Christmas. We talked about what makes it magical for each of us and what moments we couldn’t imagine missing. Then we made a plan. 🎁 This year, our special Christmas morning will be on December 23rd. Because here’s the truth: The holidays aren’t about a date on the calendar. They’re about being together, feeling connected, and creating moments of joy and gratitude. ✨ Create First-Responder-Friendly Traditions Make traditions that fit your family’s schedule! For example: 🎅 Let Santa deliver gifts to the station so your kids can open them with Mom or Dad during a work break. 🎄 Move your holiday dinner or celebration to the last day you’re together before the big day. 💡 Find the magic in the moments you can share, not just the ones you can’t. The key? Be flexible, get creative, and focus on what matters most—the people you love. You don’t need December 25th to celebrate. You just need each other. 💙 To all the first responder families adapting this season, we see you—and you’ve got this! 💙 #peersupport #lawenforcement #firefighters #wellness #ems #sheriffs #corrections

Whether you’re spending it with family, friends, or finding moments of peace on your own, Christmas is a chance to reflect on the blessings and lessons of the past year. For many of us—especially those juggling the demands of a career and family life—it can feel like another busy day on the calendar. But here’s the thing: it’s the perfect time to celebrate the small victories. Maybe it’s the laughter of your kids as they tear into presents, the warmth of a shared meal, or even a quiet cup of coffee before the chaos begins. Let’s remember that Christmas isn’t about perfection—it’s about connection. It’s about showing up for the people we love and embracing the imperfections that make life so beautiful. So here’s to you, my LinkedIn community. May your day be filled with joy, gratitude, and a sense of calm (even if it’s just 10 minutes in the car while you finish wrapping gifts). 🎄 Christmas has always been my favorite time of year. There’s something so magical about it—the twinkling lights, the warmth of a crackling fire, the smell of fresh-baked cookies, and the joy of spending time with my family. It brings me so much joy to put up my Christmas decorations and create a space that feels like a cozy holiday retreat. For me, Christmas is about the memories we make. Whether it’s baking cookies with my kids, watching classic Christmas movies in matching pajamas, or simply sitting by the tree with a warm cup of cocoa, I cherish these little moments that make this season so special. But as magical as Christmas is, it can also be a whirlwind. The hustle and bustle, the never-ending to-do lists, and the pressure to make everything “perfect” can easily take over. That’s why this year, I’m reminding myself to slow down and be intentional. It’s so easy to get caught up in the busyness of it all and forget what truly matters. The perfectly decorated tree is wonderful, but it’s the laughter and joy shared around it that truly make it special. So, I’m choosing to be present this holiday season and soak in the magic of each moment. Consider this your gentle reminder to do the same. This season, let’s give ourselves the gift of presence. Let’s pause to appreciate the small things, be mindful of the joy around us, and make memories that will last a lifetime. What’s your favorite part of Christmas? I’d love to hear how you’re making the season magical! #merrychristmas #happyholidays #intentional
