The campaign theme for #WorldMentalHealthDay2024 is "Mental Health at Work". It's essential for us to come together to bring awareness to the important connection between mental health and our work environments. There are many techniques to manage stress and work towards a healthier future. In challenging times we encourage you to reach out for support, talk to a friend, family member, colleague, engage in meaningful conversations, support each other, lend a listening ear, check in on each other and don't be afraid to ask for help! #MentalHealthMatters #SupportEachOther

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a critical time to prioritize mental well-being in the workplace. While significant progress has been made, mental health issues remain a prevalent concern. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, one in five adults in the U.S. experiences mental illness in a given year. This translates to a staggering impact on employee productivity, absenteeism, and overall company health. So I encourage you all to focus on the importance of mental health and its impact on our well-being. Mental health conditions can affect anyone, regardless of gender, age, race, ethnicity, or income level. #MentalHealthAwareness #BeWellBro
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to shed light on the importance of mental well-being and to support and celebrate those who live with mental illness both in our personal lives and in our workplace. A workforce that reflects the richness of our world deserves a work environment that supports their well-being. This includes fostering a culture where employees from all backgrounds feel comfortable discussing mental health challenges and have access to the resources they need to thrive. Remember, mental health challenges affect people from all walks of life. This month and every month, let’s continue to challenge the stigmas around mental health and support those around us. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #MentalHealth #MentalWellness

Every conversation can be a turning point in someone’s mental health journey. Conversations have the power to make someone feel supported and heard, to break down barriers and reduce stigma, to connect individuals to help, and to potentially save a life. That’s why, for #WorldMentalHealthDay, i am taking a pledge to make every conversation matter. Whether with your friends, family, colleagues or even a stranger, every supportive, informed and compassionate conversation can make a world of difference in helping someone get the support they need. #makeEveryConversationMatter

Life at work can be so hard, especially when we have to carry everything all alone. Luckily, we don’t have to. If it becomes heavy, you have someone in us that can help you. If it becomes unclear, we’ll figure it out together. Let’s create a healthy work environment for everyone. We don’t know what they might be going through. This World Mental Health Week, and every day moving forward, let’s be a little kinder to each other. #CrowePhilippines #RFGCO #MentalHealthMatters #CroweCares

We love what the founder of Hearts of our Heroes has to say about mental health for service members. Beyond being proactive, she also reminds us: "No judgment, no questions, no turning the other way – just extending an open hand to walk side by side on the journey to receive help. It's time we truly do what is needed to make a difference for those who serve us every day." Together, we CAN truly make a difference and that's exactly what we're here to do. #suicidepreventionmonth #suicideprevention #mentalhealthmatters #militarymentalhealth
