This is exactly what my students & I talk about in our Health Service Delivery & Operations Management class: how to improve service delivery using AI but retaining that very essential humanistic element to it, how to overcome resource limitations & improve patient outcomes, how to balance quality with equity, how to value the provider experience as much as the patient experience. #HealthServiceDelivery #HealthOperationsManagement #QualityManagement #HealthcareProvider #PatientExperience #PatientOutcomes #Teaching #MBAHospitalManagment #LeanMnagement #Rufayda #CareForHealthcare #HumanisticServiceDelivery #HumanisticMedicine

Agree with Dr Arfa that sustaining humanistic element is crucial.. Nowadays many hospitals are moving towards software systems but then even a regular check on flow of work is equally essential to identify gaps and add more value. At times our minute changes have a huge impact on waiting time...

Yes, this looks great! In our current healthcare system, a significant gap lies in addressing and effectively communicating the actual waiting times, which often leaves patients feeling more frustrated and dissatisfied.
