Thrilled to announce I've completed the Cybersecurity Job Simulation program on Forage! This immersive virtual experience allowed me to put my cybersecurity skills to the test in a real-world scenario. During the program, I tackled various challenges, including: Incident Response: I spearheaded the response to a simulated malware attack. This involved identifying the infected systems, analyzing the attack vector (technical details), and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize damage and prevent further spread. Communication & Awareness: I drafted critical emails to notify at-risk teams about the malware attack. My focus was on clear communication and raising awareness to prevent future incidents. Post-Incident Analysis: I actively participated in the post-mortem investigation, dissecting the attack and identifying weaknesses in our defenses. This valuable exercise will help us strengthen our cybersecurity posture moving forward. This experience has been a game-changer! Not only did I gain practical skills, but it also boosted my confidence in handling real-world cybersecurity threats. I'm eager to apply this newfound knowledge and contribute to a strong cybersecurity culture. #Cybersecurity #Forage #Jobsimulation #MalwareResponse #VirtualExperience #SecurityAnalyst
