I'd estimate that most companies lack visibility into 30%+ of their valuable GTM data. Without a data background, this was surprising to me since I so often heard about the flexibility of Salesforce. But there are limitations: data snapshotting, time series, and easy cross-object reporting to name a few. Why is this important? You can't manage what isn't measured. While not our original product intention, AccountAim has filled the gaps for many of our customers on this front. A few impactful metrics for our customers include: - Speed to Lead across a complicated CRM task hierarchy, which improved by 53% after sales managers were given visibility and SLAs - Signal Attribution, which clarified the ROI of an existing intent provider and stack-ranked the most important intent signals for their reps to prioritize - Previously Engaged Prospects, making it easy to identify prospects who had responded to emails in the past but had since slipped through the cracks, recovering nearly a million dollars in pipeline leak The coolest part for us is seeing the ability for non-technical revenue teams to generate these insights without requiring back-and-forth with an already over-loaded data team.
