There’s a LOT of noise on LinkedIn these days. Some people hate it. Some just scroll right past it. Me? I’m here for it. It’s inspiring to see so many new creators showing up, finding their voice, and figuring out their style. That takes guts. But let’s be real: not everyone is cheering them on. Too many LinkedIn “experts” forget what it’s like to be a beginner. Instead of lifting others up, they talk down to new creators, adding even more noise to the platform. Here’s the truth: that’s the noise you need to cut out. Ignore the critics. They’re not paying your bills. Keep showing up. Stay consistent. Keep improving. Sharpen your craft until people can’t help but notice you. And most importantly: be YOU. Your quickest path to cutting through the noise isn’t mimicking others—it’s doubling down on what makes you unique. Authenticity isn’t just a buzzword; it’s your superpower. Stop looking outward for validation or inspiration. Start looking inward—that’s where your real voice is. And trust me, when you lean into that, people WILL start to pay attention. Keep going. You’re just getting started. I believe in you!

Now it's more, and later it's less. Your first LinkedIn post doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to be posted. Here’s something I’ve learned: I once said that by improving my posts by just 1% daily, I’d eventually achieve perfection. But overthinking held me back, and I was late. Then, I met someone who saw my work and was genuinely impressed. That moment shifted my perspective. NOW = MORE & LATE = LESS Result: LESS = MORE -Act NOW -Practice MORE -Overthink LESS Every LinkedIn top creator started messy and wished they’d started sooner. So, keep it simple, Be consistent, And always stay authentic. Remember, authenticity connects. Check my yesterday post, and you will get proofs: https: https://lnkd.in/dhX282TT What’s stopping you from posting today?

You think big LinkedIn creators have it all figured out But I've worked with dozens, and you have that wrong... Even the creators with a great LinkedIn presence: - 50,000+ followers - Brand & book deals - 6-7 figure businesses They have the same struggles as everyone else: - Imposter syndrome - Thoughts of "what to post" - Feelings they aren't doing "enough" But what they do have in common... Is the courage to show up every single day and post content regularly, despite those struggles So if you're thinking about posting because you know the benefits that come along with it: - Leads for your business - A powerful network - New friends Don't sit back and wait until you "have it all figured out" Lean into what makes you, YOU. And make the leap. You'll look back in a few months & be glad you did. P.S. tag your fav creators in the comments 👀

So, I’ve been strolling through LinkedIn this week, reading tons of content from both big creators and newbies alike. And I’ll admit, I felt a bit intimidated. I asked myself: 𝘼𝙢 𝙄 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚? 𝙄𝙨 𝙢𝙮 𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙙? It reminded me of something someone said about posting on LinkedIn. They pointed out how many people simply post to look important, but few really share what truly matters. 𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙞𝙩 𝙢𝙚, 𝙢𝙖𝙮𝙗𝙚 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙣, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪. In the past, I would’ve quit, but now I’m choosing to do something different for me and those who will be impacted by me. Here’s what I’m choosing to do instead: — 𝙄𝙩’𝙨 𝙤𝙠𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙 𝙢𝙮 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙪𝙥. — 𝙈𝙮 𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚, 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙛 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩. — 𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙥 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙚? 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙄 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩. — 𝙄 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙪𝙨𝙝 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙣𝙚𝙬𝙗𝙞𝙚. It's not about just posting for the sake of it, but about offering something real, something that resonates. That’s how we truly make a difference, one step at a time. So tell me, have you felt this way? And how are you overcoming your fears? P.S. This is me laughing at my fears in the picture, telling it to go to hell.

How I Gained 3K Followers in just 2 months… On 31st October, I crossed 5K Followers. On 31st December, I crossed 8K Followers. But First, I want to wish you all a Very Happy New Year… May this year be filled with love, laughter, and endless possibilities. And may we all strive for happiness and abundance in everything we do. Let’s get back to the topic… How did I do it? ➤ I started writing for you, not me. ↳ Instead of talking about myself, I started sharing stories and lessons that YOU could relate to. I focused on pain points, solutions, and adding value with every post. ➤ Consistency was my best friend. ↳ I showed up every single day—even when I wasn’t sure if anyone was reading. Because I knew one thing: You can’t build momentum without movement. ➤ I made it human. ↳ No jargon. No corporate fluff. Just simple, heartfelt words—because that’s what connects with people. If you’re struggling to grow on LinkedIn, trust me, I’ve been there. Don’t give up. Focus on serving your audience, be consistent, and most importantly—stay authentic. Your voice matters. As we step into 2025, Let’s make this year one of growth, impact, and connection. And hey, if you’re still figuring it out, drop a comment or DM—I’d love to help. We grow better together!

Chill bro. LinkedIn is not what you think. ❎️ LinkedIn is not a place to - → Just compliment people for their looks in a weird way. → Text people day and night just to know what they’re doing. → Where you can just make friends, without even knowing them. → Mislead people with sensational headlines that don't deliver in real. → Take approachable creators here for granted until they have to become rude. ✅️ LinkedIn is where you - → Compliment skills and achievements, not just looks. → Have meaningful conversations with an interesting topic. → Build trust, and genuine friendship may blossom organically. → Deliver real value, not just unbelievable clickbait to attract people. → Be respectful of people’s time, offer value upfront, and approach politely. Hey, please use LinkedIn to the best.🌻 If you don't know how to, you can reach out to many creators here and ask for actual help including me. P.S. How do you deal with weird people in DMs? #linkedinforcreators

You know that feeling when you're stuck in a loop? Like you're going in circles? That's how being on LinkedIn has started to feel for me. 🔄 Lately, I've been feeling like the platform is buzzing with hype – and I'm not the only one who's noticed. Two of my friends brought it up too, and it's got me thinking. It's become a bit like a crowded marketplace, with everyone vying for attention and pushing the same stuff – personal branding services, career coaching, you name it. And let's be honest – it's getting noisy out there. 🙉 Posts all start to look the same, with similar structures, same voices behind them, and the same recycled content. It's like deja vu every time I scroll through my feed. I've been trying to break free from the cycle, but it's tough. I'm not the only one feeling this way. My friend Alecia Porter-Bent hit the nail on the head when she compared it to a pyramid scheme. 😬 I couldn't help but nod along when I read Courtney Motyczka's comment about the career coach space. It's true – there are people posing as experts, selling services at crazy rates, and dragging down the authenticity of the platform. 💼💔 LinkedIn ought to be mostly about creating meaningful connections, sparking beautiful conversations and building a community, right? So here's the big question: Are you feeling it too? Do you sense that authenticity is taking a hit in LinkedIn content creation? 🤔 What's the root of the problem, and how can we fix it? Let's dive into this together. Share your thoughts, experiences, and ideas in the comments. It's time to spark some real conversations and bring back the authenticity that made LinkedIn great in the first place. 💬💡 With lots of love ❤️ #LinkedInHype #AuthenticityMatters #BreakTheCycle #RealTalk #ContentCreation #LinkedInCommunity #VoiceYourOpinion #SparkConversations #KeepItReal 🚀🔍

If I have to restart my LinkedIn journey with a new account, I'd never repeat these 7 mistakes ✊ Trust me, you're not prepared for the last one 👇 Besides, they may sound unfamiliar, but are 100% true! 7. More focus on content creation than networking, 6. Following big creators over small & useful ones, 5. Not telling stories but incidents of my journey, 4. Being positive and trusting fellow creators, 3. Not knowing how to copy like an artist, 2. Not showing my ability to the world, 1. Being overwhelmed by Linkedin. I forgave myself as I know how to overcome ✌️ P.S. Do you relate to any of these? let me know what was your biggest mistake!

You wanna know the truth? I’ve been ghosting on LinkedIn for years. Lurking. Scrolling. Liking posts about “10 ways to optimize your mornings” while my coffee went cold. And now? I’m sitting here with 2,616 followers wondering: How the heck did that even happen?! Here’s the unfiltered, no-BS version of what I did: 1️⃣ Write the posts that make your mom call you. You know, the ones where she says: "Beta, why are you sharing such personal things online? Everyone will judge you." Turns out, people love when you share the messy, unpolished stuff—your failures, your regrets, your “I cried in the bathroom during lunch breaks” kind of stories. That’s what sticks. 2️⃣ Pick fights with boring. If your posts start with, “In today’s fast-paced world...” delete it. Instead, write like you’re talking to your loudest, craziest friend who wouldn’t let you finish a sentence unless it was that good. 3️⃣ Turn comments into conversations. If someone writes, “Great post!” don’t just say, “Thanks!” Say: “Appreciate it, [Name]! What’s the boldest thing you’ve done on LinkedIn lately?” 4️⃣ Call out your tribe. When I stopped trying to talk to everyone and started talking to founders, creators, and ambitious weirdos like me, people started showing up. Your vibe attracts your tribe—so fly your freak flag. So here’s my freak flag: If you’re out here trying to build a LinkedIn that doesn’t feel like another soul-sucking platform, hit Follow. Better yet, comment below with the wildest thing you’ve seen on LinkedIn this week. Let’s laugh, connect, and break this algorithm together. Because LinkedIn doesn’t need more professionals. It needs more humans. This journey has been inspired by insights from experts like Justin Welsh, whose strategies simplify LinkedIn growth for creators like me! Big shoutout to ALI HASSAN, who’s also on their LinkedIn growth journey. Watching your progress has been inspiring! I couldn’t have hit this milestone without insights from Alex Cattoni, who always emphasizes authenticity over algorithms. #AuthenticConnections #LinkedInJourney #GrowWithMe #FollowForValue
