Scenic Mountain Medical Center, provider of healthcare and emergency services based in Big Spring, Texas, a subsidiary of Steward Health Care, was acquired by Quorum Health. 4. Console Hospice, provider of care services intended to serve the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles Area, was acquired. Early Stage VC 5.
