We know that a successful mobilisation is paramount as it lays the foundation for a seamless and efficient contract of services. It ensures that all operational protocols are established, resources optimally allocated, and communication channels clearly defined. This groundwork translates into robust service delivery, minimising disruptions and setting a precedent for ongoing excellence. In another Inside DMA video, we spoke with Becky Price, our Mobilisation Manager about a recent re-engagement with a customer who we'd lost five years ago. Becky shared how they invited us to participate in a tender, which we successfully won, leading to the management of six buildings. Becky explained that this re-engagement presented various challenges, including ensuring data accuracy and negotiating budget constraints. Despite these hurdles, Becky talks about our collaborative approach and how it led to a highly successful mobilisation, ultimately resulting in an extended contract to manage a total of ten buildings. https://lnkd.in/enXSKfUG
