Why celebrate inclusion champions? Shouldn't everyone just be inclusive??! Because, while inclusion should be a given, we're not there - yet. Celebrating those who lead with inclusion is about recognising the work they do to bring us closer to a world where everyone feels welcome, valued, and seen. Accessibility should be built into everything we do, and inclusion should be something we all actively embrace. These champions take this responsibility to heart. Often, they put themselves out there, sharing their stories and stepping up, despite personal struggles, to make space for others. They’re creating platforms, lifting voices that deserve to be heard, and showing what true inclusivity looks like. For many, the journey hasn’t been easy. They’ve faced challenges and barriers, pushing through so others might have it a little easier.
