“We believe in the power of a diverse global workforce, that champions our international ‘one culture’ and empowers the principles that underpin our working culture around the world through diverse, inclusive and equitable means.” 🤮 ⬆️ Sure you do mate. 🤡 I’d have more respect if this read: “We’re a global, listed entity that’s expanded into other countries to lift our share price - we try to get everyone working the same as it’s easier to control but let’s be honest you’ll never get continuity in different locations - we’re actually pretty good though so please buy our stuff” STOP - Buzzwords, jargon, corporate BS. STOP - Saying you’re things you’re not or can’t be. START - Being real. 1) Customers know that your #culture in London or Tokyo can’t be replicated in Adelaide. 2) They also know that if you’re using too much corporate jargon you have NFI. 3) #trust is the number one factor that will differentiate you from your competitors. 4) You can’t get there without being #authentic. 5) Your customers can smell BS a mile off.
