And, and I think very necessarily puts us in a position to say, why do you have goals in the 1st place? Why is it useful to have these requirements in law, in statute? And what are the implications thereof? You know, I'm here to tell you that the progress that we are making on a statewide basis is very much based in the progress that we see in, in the city itself. And many of the principles that are described specifically by RIT are those that. We are rolling out on a statewide basis, whether it be building codes, our cap and invest proposal for the state, our broader state energy planning process, etcetera, are really bolstered by the fact that we have a city that is so forward leaning with respect to these same principles. But the other reason that you set goals really has to do with, in my view, setting a marker, a marker that in this case both with respect to the city and the state is very, very, very ambitious and that is fundamentally a good thing. Because that sets a marker for the private sector to to track to.
