We're starting a series called #HumansofReelo, where we’ll feature the stories of employees at Reelo. This week, we have Kruti Vaidya from the HR team, sharing her journey. Kruti was born in Valsad and spent her childhood across a few cities. She wasn’t the most studious but always had a deep curiosity about the world around her. After failing her 12th boards, her parents didn’t yell on her—they sent her off to watch a movie! That small act of support shifted her mindset. She explored new paths, enrolled in a Dental Technician diploma course, and embraced life as a wife and mother of two. Her career took shape when she realized her passion lay in understanding people. With a degree in Psychology and an MBA in HR, Kruti found her calling in Human Resources, combining empathy with strategy. She started at a relative’s company, where she balanced work and motherhood by bringing her kids to the office. Despite personal challenges, including a separation, Kruti stayed focused on building a career she was proud of. Kruti joined Reelo in 2024 and quickly made her mark. In just six months, she closed over 20 positions and co-hosted Reelo’s Super Bowl event after only 15 days on the job. While adjusting to a new city and frequently traveling to see her kids, she managed both personal and professional challenges with determination and grace. These experiences have only strengthened her commitment to Reelo, making her an essential part of the team. Looking ahead, Kruti is focused on building an HR team that doesn’t just manage but empowers. She’s passionate about creating a work environment where everyone feels supported, motivated, and ready to give their best. [Life at Qovery 💜 ] For once, I’m allowing myself to share a more personal post on a professional social network to highlight the values of my company, Qovery. More than the nice offices, more than the cutting-edge equipment, more than the offsites abroad, this is what makes me truly appreciate my journey here. Humanity. Beyond being employees, we are, above all, human beings. This summer, I lost a close family member. I had the opportunity to spend time with her during the last moments. I felt comfortable sharing what I was going through with my team, and with the founders as well (which is already a big step, as it’s not always easy to share personal matters in a professional setting). I talked a bit about it with the CEO of Qovery, and this was his response: "I can't even imagine what you're feeling. If you need time off, don't hesitate, even without using your vacation days." This is truly representative of what we experience at Qovery. This is our culture. This is why I want to stay on this journey for as long as possible. October 20th marked InterHyve’s 24th anniversary! 🥂🥳 Although it was yesterday, we found it more symbolic to celebrate it on the most infamous day of the week.😉 Mondays usually mean getting back to work, which can be good or bad depending on who you ask. One colleague will tackle the day with fresh energy, while another will look like they might not make it through Friday. The difference between the two? Mindset and perspective. You have AT&T employees committing to bodily harm in your Merhar Ave Store; Fairbanks, AK. They are also doing illegal things with my phone/data records. If you have under cover CID in that store, they are on illegally allocated resources and monetary funds that shouldn’t be allocated. They are covering up a sexual harassment and assault which is NEGLIGENCE. They have been placing under cover CID everywhere so people can’t get through. (There are no formal tips/ formal video statements for an investigation). It can’t be an under cover operation since it involves bodily harm. (Justification for NEGLIGENCE). Get the video footage! The rep was trying to have someone invade my privacy on my iCloud (making their device the primary for my iCloud account). Intent with bodily harm. I’ve tried reaching out to your fraud department multiple times. They are covering up a sexual harassment and assault to steal defamation lawsuits. (Hope they didn’t embezzle money into that store). I just met a fellow happy human. Back story: I was supposed to drive myself to the airport this morning and my husband was headed to NY. After hearing the forecast and getting an offer to stay 2 more days in FL for free - he chose to stay. I chose to take Uber and let him chill. I made a reservation last night but this morning I cancelled it because I wanted to leave later. ⭐️A serendipitous encounter began: ⭐️ I ended up with Lyft, (I use it less often), it turned out to be a fortuitous decision. My driver, Pete greeted me warmly, sparking a conversation that quickly revealed our shared interests and experiences. From my journey at Verizon to my endeavors in ICF PCC Coaching and Clifton Strengths coaching, to my love for India and the Bahamas, we found common ground. I shared stories of learning from mentors and now traveling to Tulum, Mexico, to work and collaborate with 11 inspiring women from around the globe at the RALM3 Consulting retreat. Our connection deepened as we exchanged insights and passions, turning a routine ride into an enriching encounter. Peta is a coach and sells real estate and drives Lyft because she loves to “Lyft” people’s spirits. We both meditate daily, love to travel and believe in infusing positivity into the world. As my mommo Peg used to say, “There are no accidents!” Meeting Peta feels like destiny, especially as I head to a workshop on Strengths with a Dash of HOPE. With six kids, including one named Hope, and both being moms to adopted children, our connection feels like more than mere coincidence. Our encounter doesn’t end here. We’re extending our conversation on Sunday and exploring potential collaborations, aligning with my upcoming launch of the JaneStorm Hope Activator community worldwide. I love life.
