🚀 Why Building in Public Matters! I recently wrote an article exploring the why and how of building in public. 🌍 Sharing your work as you create it isn't just a trend—it’s a powerful way to connect with a community, get real feedback, and stay accountable. Here are a few reasons why building in public can transform your journey: 1️⃣ Authentic Connections: People love to see the real process, complete with the highs and lows. It builds trust and attracts those who genuinely resonate with your vision. 2️⃣ Rapid Feedback: Posting your progress invites early feedback, helping you refine your work before launch. 3️⃣ Learning Out Loud: When you share your learnings, you’re helping others, too, and often getting new ideas from them in return. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gY62Gmdi Let’s chat! Have you tried building in public? What’s been your biggest learning? #BuildingInPublic #GrowthMindset #Community

The Power of Sharing: Growing Together In today's interconnected world, sharing goes beyond just information—it’s about opening doors, sparking ideas, and building relationships. Whether it’s sharing knowledge, resources, or experiences, each act contributes to a cycle of mutual growth. For me, sharing has been a game-changer. Here’s why: 1. Encouraging Growth: Sharing insights can turn one person’s lessons into a roadmap for others. It’s one way we can all help each other navigate challenges more effectively. 2. Building Community: When we share, we attract like-minded individuals who resonate with our values. This leads to collaborations that are greater than the sum of their parts. 3. Strengthening Skills:Sharing forces us to articulate our ideas clearly, making us better communicators and sharpening our understanding. Every time I post here, I'm reminded of the power of sharing in my network and how it brings value to each connection. What’s something you’ve shared recently that had an impact? Let’s keep the momentum going—let’s grow together! #SharingIsCaring #LearningTogether #LinkedInCommunity #GrowthMindset

👀 Hey, remember when we used to actually TALK to people? Yeah, wild times. Call me old school, but there’s something magical about taking a moment to actually sit down with someone. The kind of 1-on-1 where you look each other in the eye, shake hands, and share stories—beyond screens and likes. In my experience, these face-to-face moments are where the REAL trust is built. They’re where ideas turn into actions, and actions turn into long-term partnerships. We can automate a lot, but there’s no substitute for true relationships. Sometimes, the most effective strategy is the simplest one: Pick up the phone. Grab a coffee. Show up. Building a community is about investing in people—not just their profiles. Whether it’s a business deal, a collaboration, or simply connecting with a colleague, nothing beats going back to basics. The more we embrace these authentic, old-school methods, the more our communities thrive. So, who’s up for a coffee? Let’s build something together. PS. Thank you Terry for the chat this morning. #OldSchoolNetworking #CommunityBuilding #BusinessRelationships #OneOnOne

Following up consistently isn’t just about checking a box—it’s about building a community. When you take the time to reach out, you remind your clients and leads that they’re not just another name on a list. This personal touch makes a huge difference. It can help reignite their motivation, remind them of their goals, or simply make them feel supported. Consistent communication also opens up opportunities for feedback, so you can continually improve your services. By making follow-ups a habit, you’re not just growing your business—you’re building lasting, meaningful relationships.

The results are sooo Powerful. But not everyone knows the value of their spark. You might think, “What can I contribute?” The answer: EVERYTHING. It’s not about having the loudest voice or the most followers. It’s about showing up and sharing your unique perspective. When one person adds their spark, it ignites something bigger.
