You really don’t know what’s happening inside of your community unless you’re spending time in it each day. This is harder to do the more we progress in our levels, but it’s one of the most important parts of the role in my opinion. It’s hard to build new programs, shape behaviors, foster connection, if we’re not even aware of the needs of our members and what they’re chatting about. Yes, tools help with this but there’s nothing like being on the front lines. Definitely a balancing act between the countless things on our list, but always worth it! #community #cmgr #communitymanager
