In a break from regular programming; I thought that I would share this really important piece of paper stuck the the inside of my daughters cupboard. She is 12. She is fabulous. She is adamant that she will never be a lawyer. ✅Offer - one party makes a clear and definite proposal to enter into the contract. ✅Acceptance - the other party unconditionally agrees to the terms of the offer. ✅Consideration - both parties agree to exchange something of value. ✅Capacity - both parties must be mentally competent to understand the nature of the contract. ✅Purpose - the contract must not be for an illegal activity or contrary to public policy. ✅Genuine consent - neither should have been coerced, deceived or under duress. ✅Legal form - a pinky promise, scalloped paper edges, and smiley thumbprints would probably have been enough for this one.

So if total players skill % n/2 != 0 return -1 for each 2 player team skill = total skill / total team •Now we check for each player if it's partner player is present on player_freq list or not. if not return -1 Otherwise total team chemistry = player*partner • return half the total teams chemistry because for each team we check two times.

The workshop introduces equality rights under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and compares two colonial legal understandings of equality (formal and substantive). It looks at the gap between what the law says and the reality we live in, and opens a discussion about strategies for challenging injustice. This workshop was designed for Law 12 and Social Justice 12 classrooms but is suitable for other groups looking for a 101 on equality rights under the Charter.

#7 Names change. We recently adopted our two foster children. Their names changed. Today when our son went to the doctor with your everyday basic childhood illness, the doctor greeted us as a new patient, having no record of past medical history. When the front desk staff changed his name, a new medical record was created, leaving the doctor blind to important medical history. I know the link I'm sharing is an old blog post, but I'm sharing it again because the mindset seems to have been forgotten. Please check your code, and don't lock users into these assumptions about names. Names change.
