🎬 Day 6: Embracing Stillness 🌟 In the rush of the holiday season, it’s easy to get swept up in the busyness. But true healing often happens when we pause, breathe, and allow ourselves to simply be. ✨ Today, let’s embrace stillness together: 1️⃣ Breathe: Take a moment to sit in silence and let your breath ground you. 2️⃣ Pause Without Guilt: Stillness is not laziness—it’s self-care. Give yourself permission to rest. 3️⃣ Reflect: Journal or think about what brings you peace this season. In the quiet, you reconnect with yourself, find clarity, and create space for healing and peace. Your heart deserves that pause. 💛 Join me tonight at 7 PM Central as we explore this powerful act of slowing down and creating room for clarity and renewal. 📣 Your Future Awaits. Move forward with strength and resilience. #AdventOfHealing #WalkHerThroughLife #EmbraceStillness #SelfCareJourney

The day after the holidays can feel like a mix of emotions—relief, exhaustion, or even more heaviness. Whatever this day looks like for you, honor your journey. Simply making it to today is a testament to your strength. Take a moment to breathe. The holidays can be overwhelming, and every small act of care you’ve taken—whether resting, reflecting, or simply showing up—is a step toward healing. You are not alone, and your journey matters. ✨ Daily Reflection/Journal Prompt What’s one way you’ve cared for yourself during the holidays, even in a small way? Remember, healing doesn’t have to happen all at once. One breath, one moment, one small act at a time is enough. You’re doing more than you know. #Grief #Loss #GriefandLoss #GriefAndHealing #YouAreNotAlone #GriefSupport #GriefJourney #HonorYourJourney

November signals the closing chapters of the year, and I know many of us are still holding on, still hoping for happiness, healing, and a life that finally feels right. Sometimes, we sit quietly, feeling like the year slipped through our fingers. Maybe we were too busy, too lost in the daily rush, or weighed down by worries that we couldn’t shake. We all have dreams we keep close, tucked away, waiting for the right moment. But let me tell you, it’s not too late. This year may be nearing its end, but there’s still time — time to mend what feels broken, to find a little peace, to nurture what matters. Think about it, every day gives us a small window to make things right. It could be as simple as a smile exchanged with a stranger, the comfort of coming home after a long day, or the quiet courage it takes to get out of bed when everything feels heavy. It’s in these tiny moments that life gives us chances to feel whole again. So don’t wait for a perfect start or a clean slate; instead, take what’s left of this year and let it be enough for you to take small steps. Healing isn’t about the clock or calendar, it’s about choosing to keep going, no matter how slow, one moment at a time. ~ Writer’s Blossoms, Writer’s Blossoms ~ Art 'November Light' by Carol Dewart Via Spirit of a Hippie #life #healing #november

Can we just decide to be happy? Yes! And here’s how even when there seems to be an influx of crap flowing your way! Follow this method every day for 30 days and I can guarantee a huge shift in your vibration and happiness. 1. Don’t fuel any fires by joining in the negative talk, either verbally with others or within your own head. 2. Write down what the issues are that are currently worrying you and analyse what you can do to avoid or find a solution. 3. Say what you are grateful for morning/ afternoon / before sleep. Eg. Your home/ friends/ family / clothes/ food / nature / pets. Now close your eyes and feel this feeling of gratitude. 4. Practice self love - nature walks - self care - be present with people - enjoy their company and laughter. Watch your vibration raise - your health will improve and you will feel much happier! ❤️

In the morning, when your eyes open, Thank God for another day. To follow, direct your energy to what you’re excited about. Guide the mind towards gratitude. What are 3 things you’re grateful for: • Your great health • Your family & pets • Your healthy friendships • Your work and the ability to provide for your family. • Your gifts 📚 Bookends method. It starts the night before. Allow food to digest. Begin to dim home lights, signaling to the body to turn down. Go to bed early. In sleep the brain cleans and washes itself. Refreshed. Rejuvenation. When you gently lay your head down, begin mind guidance. Ask yourself: Where am I winning right now? As the Creator, Director, Captain, of your life, establish discipline and healthy habits. Understand negativity bias. The undisciplined mind: darkness, doom, negativity, worry, & suffering *inspiration: Dr. Daniel Amen #wellbeingjourney #wellbeingguide
