Hypertension, often unnoticed, is a significant risk factor for heart disease, stroke, and other serious health issues. But the good news is, it's largely preventable! 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀: 1. Healthy Diet: Opt for a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Reduce sodium intake and limit processed foods. 2. Regular Exercise: Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week. It could be brisk walking, swimming, cycling, or any activity you enjoy. 3. Maintain a Healthy Weight: Strive for a body mass index (BMI) within the healthy range. Even modest weight loss can significantly lower blood pressure. 4.
