Whatever you are testing today... in any capacity, whether as a tester or as the leader of the testing team, think deeply and ask yourself if you've asked all the relevant questions to gather all the information you need. If you haven't then ask them now. Some of those questions will be in the form of tests that you do. Some will make others think. So go ahead and ask those questions. #softwaretesting #questions #brijeshsays
"Some will make others think." We, as testers, sometimes forget that we test not only software. By asking questions we test also ideas in people's heads. I sometimes feel that I'm annoying to others, but the satisfaction comes when after a discussion they finally say "you know? you're right. It doesn't make sense. We have to change it."
Asking questions is fundamental to thorough QA job! With this you insuring comprehensive coverage. It's not just about execution, but also about understanding the system, requirements, and potential risks. Questions help uncover hidden assumptions, edge cases, and dependencies that might otherwise be overlooked. They provoke critical thinking and encourage a deeper exploration ! 🚀 #Testing #QualityAssurance #CriticalThinking
Critical thinking is one of the top skills for me that a great tester brings to the team. It's so much more than just running some tests. Questioning is crucial.
I agree with you Brijesh DEB . Your questions will be very valuable because: + They help in adding acceptance criteria + Help developer to build on them + Help PM to make decisions + Help in bug prevention + That saves cost So, questions are very important.

8mo"Ask those questions" ? Can we change this to "Have the information yourself".
