Unsolicited opinion: HR needs to vet third party companies they work with to see how they treat their applicants with special needs. I witnessed a third party company reject two Job Coaches and a relay service operator (phone for the deaf) yet they had the gall to ask if the applicant who cannot hear, “come talk on the phone.” Oh, we advocated hard. We got through today. Vague posting for obvious reasons but point is, my work day be like that sometimes.
