Great article David Henkin and I’d add to the conversation that everyone should read about how these tools are developed, know the current limitations and potential through understanding real research that shows how it makes a difference. I’m excited for AI and the next few years! Bring it on!!

7moGood article. The externalities (both positive and negative) and massive. One of the greatest debates is regarding whether this is a net job creator or killer. I don't think anyone truly knows at this point and good arguments can be made for either outcome. I also wonder about the general state of mental well-being. The amount of information used to be constrained by the rate at which humans can create it. Now that machines are generating it, there is almost no limit on the velocity of information creation. This is a massive mental stressor and will likely require machines to sift through and synthesize the information for us. Not a huge deal in some areas, but when you think about law enforcement, the military, and healthcare (as examples) do we have the right safeguards to ensure the data is being synthesized correctly (or that data is even valid)?
