So, let's hear it from him himself. _________________________________________________________________ ⏹ What is your name and role? 👋 ➡ Richard Boyd, Account Executive part of the UKI Enterprise Growth team, based in Dublin. ⏹ How long have you been with Pluralsight? 🗓 ➡ Coming up to a year and a half. ⏹ What brought you to Pluralsight? 🏣 ➡ I was initially drawn to the unique value proposition that Pluralsight offers our customers - helping organisations build the tech skills of the future at scale. It is a very exciting time in technology with the advancement of technologies such as Gen AI and the likes, and helping customers enable their employees to take advantage of these fascinating technologies keeps me very engaged, focused, and satisfied. ⏹ What Keeps You here? 🤔 ➡ Culture is paramount for me in an organisation. The work environment is challenging so having a workplace that is aligned to your values, where you are supported to achieve your goals, really helps me to be successful and keeps me motivated.
