Uh, that is something I had to work on too, to be honest with you. So I I do, I think for most people. It's something. You have to work on because. Um, definitely sharing yourself, parts of yourself with lots and lots of people feels vulnerable. It feels scary and we all have that innate sort of hardwired. You know, survival instinct to just be part of the pack and to be accepted by everyone else. It sounds silly but then you come back to modern day times and something like sharing a post and potentially having a really negative reaction to it could feel like if you were rejected that again. Maybe you won't survive things like that.
