I took all of the site team for a beer yesterday afternoon to talk through recent method changes, tricky jobs and get their feedback too.
It was a great chance to see them all interacting too and see some of the quieter guys who were previously the newbies come out of their shell a bit.

The last 6 years has flown by but as I reflected with Dave last night, it’s been a lot of very hard work too. It never felt like a e we’re growing fast but before you know it, there’s not a month in memory where you’ve not been planning or implementing or figuring something out.

Fear of losing deferred compensation... 😱

They're holding back some of the comp you earned.
They're giving it as quarterly bonuses to the top producers.
They're stuffing some in deferred comp.
