As the holiday season unfolds, we take a moment to reflect on a year of purpose and progress. From empowering clients to overcome challenges to giving back to the communities we serve, this year has been about creating meaningful, lasting impact. This week, our team came together to share stories of success and gratitude. These moments not only celebrate our achievements but reinforce our commitment to delivering solutions that drive real change. One teammate shared how their work helped a client turn setbacks into opportunities, while another reflected on the fulfillment of seeing a simple idea grow into a transformative initiative. Here at The NiVACK Group, we believe that every challenge is an opportunity to create value—for our clients, their communities, and the world at large. That’s the heart of what we do: turning complexity into clarity and progress. Let’s keep building a future fueled by impact. 🥳 We only went and won GOLD at the #AnthemAwards 🥳 I've been working on Verified with the United Nations for the last four years. Firstly, working out how to cut through all that pandemic chaos to get accurate information onto 1 billion people's social feeds in real time. Spoilers: 🤳🏾 It came with training doctors to use TikTok. ⚕️ Recruiting 78,000 real people to share WHO updates as they happened. 🇿🇦 Launching an idea so sticky that it became the South African government's national campaign. 🐱 Getting Hello Kitty, Micheal Douglas and Christ the Redeemer to join forces in sharing our messaging (the pandemic was weird). We built a new model for global crisis communications from our sofas. 🌏 And now, what better crisis to crisis than the climate one? The things we engage with everyday (mostly on our phones) shape our lives and beliefs, which in turn, shape our society. It's important that the right people, saying the right things are heard on mass - and to do that, they've got to be... there, and interesting. This award is special because I know how how crazy the journey has been, and that those 225 TikToks are only just the beginning. I couldn't be prouder to have worked with our global team of absolute geniuses to launch Verified for Climate into the world: Adam Paylor, Anna Baranova, Caroline Rego, Clare Dimmock, Diego Justino, Isobel Bruce, Jessica Riches, Junior Moreira, Juliana Matteucci, Lisa Chau, Nada Ezzat, Nathan Lewis, Nara Perobelli, Natalia Costa, Nora Ali Bakhsh, Rebecca Hovland, Sam Jackson, Suma Balaram Schippers, Yarminiah R., 👏👏👏

Having a blast at this year's National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) conference! If you are here, stop by CENTIENT IMAGINE booth 1050 (right across from Google) and grab some swag! Defining new norms is all about creating standards and practices that reflect our evolving values as a community. It means challenging outdated beliefs and making space for diverse voices in decision-making. By rethinking how we do things, we can foster a more inclusive, equitable, and innovative environment. Why is this important? Because it helps promote fairness and ensures everyone gets a seat at the table. When we welcome fresh ideas, we spark creativity and find better solutions for the challenges we face. Plus, when people feel valued and heard, they’re more likely to engage and make an impact in their communities. By defining new norms today, we’re paving the way for a brighter, more connected tomorrow for all of us!
