Are You Getting Enough Protein? 💪 Ladies, as we get older, it's more important than ever to make sure we're getting enough protein in our diets. Aiming for around 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight can make a big difference in maintaining muscle mass, even if you’re not working out (but of course, you should still work out!). Here’s a quick tip from my routine: Every morning, I start my day with an entire carton of egg whites. I scramble them up with a whole egg, add some salt, pepper, and maybe toss in some spinach, and then pair it with a complex carb on the side.
