🔔 High-end hotels in vogue ⭐ According to Cushman & Wakefield's latest findings, luxury and upper-upscale hotels are gaining the most attractiveness among investors. ⭐The highest improvement in attractiveness relative to our previous survey was recorded in the upscale hotel class (+20pp), followed by upper-upscale (+19pp). ⭐Overall, the share of investors that consider some hotel classes less attractive compared to 2019 has declined. These findings are based on surveying 60 leading hotel investors, including senior representatives of major private equity firms, funds, REITs and other institutional investors.
