While it feels saturated, this means there are plenty of new managers out there. If you do the right things, you can still win big in the market! 2. Reinvest in your listing. Instead of jumping to the next property, focus on enhancing what you have—updated linens, accent walls, better photos—small details can make a huge difference. 3. Seasonal photos. Take 2-3 sets of pictures for different seasons. Most guests only see your first few photos, so make them stand out for the time of year! These tips can make all the difference in a competitive market.
