#kano analysis is a technique used in product development and customer satisfaction research to categorize customer preferences into five categories: 1. Must-be Quality: Features that customers expect as standard. 2. One-dimensional Quality: Features that directly correlate with satisfaction when present and dissatisfaction when absent. 3. Attractive Quality: Features that pleasantly surprise customers when present but do not necessarily result in dissatisfaction when absent. 4. Indifferent Quality: Features that neither significantly enhance satisfaction nor cause dissatisfaction. 5.
