Include as many measurable results $, £, € and % as you can in your resume/CV. You are going to be recruited because you perform. Build a story around those metrics based on the STAR format. Never undersell your accomplishments, so many do and wonder why they aren’t generating interviews. You all have more performance-driven stories than you think.

💡 For managers conducting virtual job interviews, demonstrating active listening via a video call can be challenging due to connectivity issues or other distractions. Be mindful of where your camera is and look directly at it as often as you can. Regularly summarise or clarify what the candidate said and ask further probing questions. Always pause before speaking to accommodate lag time or delays in the signal.
