A lot can happened during the years and specially when working in a company that is in constant growth. 💙 Culture has been a big thing at Crosskey to be able to create an environment that is nurturing and safe. Had super fun at TripleTen 's Career Pivot event! I got some great additional insights from people in the field, career coaches, and graduates. Many of us at TripleTen share the common experience of transitioning into the #tech field, whether aiming for roles in big tech or smaller tech companies. I prefer to describe this journey as seeking a 'positive opportunity' rather than simply 'change,' as the latter can sometimes carry a negative connotation. To me, change represents a chance for growth and a pathway to a better future. Thank you to TripleTen to putting this great experience together. It was great to finally meet with some of my colleagues in person after seeing them on screen via Zoom or Google Meet. I also got to make some connections with people in other programs that I otherwise wouldn't have ran into. I had so much fun talking to everyone and nibbling on food that I forgot to take pictures with everyone. In Michelle fashion, here's a photo of one of said food.
