That's what we do is we, we find the deals and we set them up. We, we've got an LLC that owns the property, each individual property. And then it's something that investors can look at and see if they, if they like the deal and then then they are going to Co own this property with us. There will be a, a member of the LLC that owns that property. So a great way to own real estate again and get the benefits of that appreciation and the passive income without being a landlord and so.
