Today is the WORLD SOIL DAY 2024. Every year, on December 5th, we celebrate World Soil Day to highlight the critical role soil plays in our daily lives and the environment. Recognized by the United Nations General Assembly in 2014, this day was initiated by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining healthy soils.
