Here is one for you experienced landlords and legal experts within the Landlord and Tenant arena. We have now heard of 2 cases no doubt more happening, whereas a judge has ruled in favour of a tenant claiming disrepair (owing loads of rent and not allowing access more). Which was down to poor external conditions and sighting the landlords of the leasehold flats, to sort the issues, meaning trespass of the Freeholders property, with this in itself illegal open to a claim. If this is how things are shaping up, what chance have landlords got, especially as a leaseholder. Whatever next. #landlordandtenant #housingdisrepair #tenantsclaim
