Remember the good old days of market research? 😆 - Spending 4 hours just to get ready (I could've binged half a season of Breaking Bad in that time! 📺) - 5 hours crafting the perfect questions (because we all have time for that, right? 🤷♂️) - Recruiting respondents... Oh, the joy of endless scrolling on LinkedIn and waiting for replies on UserInterviews.com or Respondent.io (not exactly my idea of fun 😴) - Interviews and note-taking? 1.5 hours per person - that's a full-time job! (And don’t get me started on translations 🌍) - Analysis and reporting? Another week gone! (I could've learned a new TikTok dance 💃) - And finally, presenting those findings (phew, I need a nap just thinking about it 😴) 🔥 Here's where Personno flips the script 🔥 We thought, why not let some smarty-pants AI handle all this? With Personno, it's all about: 🤖 AI-driven respondents who don't need coffee breaks 🚀 Super-fast recruiting (because our AI is always ready to go!) ⏱️ Speedy interviews (our AI doesn't need to catch the bus home) 📊 Real-time analysis (no more waiting around for insights) 📈 Comprehensive reports at the click of a button (yes, it’s that easy!) #MarketResearchRevolution #AI #Innovation #GenAI #GPT4 #Research #UX #MarketResearch #Interviews #Surveys #ABTesting

The world of job advertising is changing fast 🌍, and there’s a lot of talk about how AI stacks up against traditional job boards, especially when it comes to boosting diversity in hiring 🤝. AI-driven ads are becoming popular because they can target specific audiences 🎯, save money 💰, and provide useful data 📊, shaking things up in the recruitment space. But it raises an important question: Can AI really help promote diversity in organisations compared to old-school job boards? Some important points to think about include: - How AI could make hiring more diverse 🌈. - How well AI can find a wide variety of candidates 👥. - Concerns people have about AI job ads, like privacy issues 🔒, the lack of personal connection 🤝, and how it affects diversity efforts. - Whether AI-driven job advertising is a good recommendation for improving diversity in hiring. Feel free to jump into the conversation and share your thoughts and experiences in the comments! 💬 #AI #Recruitment #Diversity #HRTech

My Professor asked me to design an Ad 🤯 Yes!! I crafted an ad for my college assignment on Advertisement and Brand Management subject. The project aimed to promote AI adoption in workplaces, highlighting how robots don't discriminate like humans do. The concept of my ad is to revolutionize the Hiring Process with AI My ad compares a human recruiter with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). For those unfamiliar, an ATS is a tool for hiring teams to manage candidates and review resumes. It scans and ranks candidates based on their resumes. For more on ATS and resume writing, follow Rohit Goyal for No-BS tips. Share your thoughts on my ad in the comments below. #canva #graphicdesigner #ai #aiadvertising

Tip Tuesday: STOP Using AI for Your LinkedIn Posts Let’s be real: I’ve been on LinkedIn long enough—both as someone consuming content and as someone actively advertising—to feel like I can say this. Every time I see a post with the same generic tone and overused emojis I just scroll right past. Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the effort. Creating LinkedIn posts isn’t always easy. But if you really want people to stop and read, you’ve got to try a little harder. What do you think? Can you spot an AI-generated post from a mile away? If you’re with me on ditching the AI posts, drop your most unhinged favorite emoji on my comments below! 👇 #recruiter #recruitment #tips #tiptuesday

2dI’ve definitely heard startup founders talking about the challenges of becoming profitable and shipping jobs offshore and the ability to use AI to replace people. Sad reality for so many. I’m working on consistently learning how to use AI in any capacity possible as a sales and marketing professional. Curious to see how teams can collaborate in using these tools to lift the collective.
