And we've all had these conversations with developers and owners and operators who say, I spent millions of dollars building out these amenities centers and nobody's ever in them or they're not used at the frequency we expected them to, right? And that has a lot to do with perhaps you didn't actually understand who your renter base was actually going to be when you were building the product. So you were not equipped with the information to say, you know what, we should be making investments in these things, but not these things. This is this tool that actually helps you understand every component, programmatic component of a building, how to optimize it and then what effect that actually will have when the products on market in terms of how it will perform in terms of the competitive landscape and the overall profitability and yield of that project.
