Here's a study by LegalShield that I came across that which I thought was share-worthy: Of the respondents, 52% said the current benefits information that they receive isn't adequate for their needs. Almost half (45%) struggled to find the information they needed, while 34% expressed dissatisfaction with the availability of support for their questions. What do they want? - Employees want clear and detailed information to understand and maximize their benefits. - Employees prefer receiving benefits information throughout the year, not just during open enrollment. - Employees favor specific communication methods (41% prefer email, and only 27% want in-person meetings).
