Let's not wait till after the #PR campaign to decide what outlets are 'Tier 1' You know that whole "Tier 1" media list reshuffle we do after a PR campaign? Trying to inflate the importance of placements in outlets that our real audience wouldn't even bother with. Media tiering should happen way before the campaign even launches.  Deep dive into our target audience: Who are they? Where do they consume content? Let's prioritise those outlets when it comes to measurement. Ditch the vanity metrics and focus on genuine reach within our niche. Putting audience first means we're not just making noise — we're making real connections.
