I bring knowledge and experience in reducing pain, improving health, fitness and career performance.

Patient buy in is probably the most important part in trying to get results with your patient. If your patient doesn't trust what you are saying or isn't sold on your strategy, it makes it very difficult to get the desired results. Even my mum (pictured here, supporting me as always) thinks she knows better on how to manage her degenerative knee issue. So, how do we maximise patient buy in? Assessment processes. These processes, if implemented with confidence will help maximise patient buy in right from the start. Processes help systemise their experience with you from start to finish. Within these processes, there should be a freedom of navigation to explore areas that your assessment and intuition wants you to go deeper on. Every Monday, after our team CPD meeting, I sit online with my team and go deep on the assessments in the hope of forging structure and processes that will help them achieve better results with their patients. I have seen a huge improvement in all of them which shows we are doing the right thing.
