The offering consists of 1,250,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) priced at $4.00 per ADS, with each ADS representing 18 ordinary shares of the company. The ADSs have been approved for listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market and will begin trading today, under the ticker symbol "NAMI".
