The market for recruiting SAP consultants is increasingly competitive, and the top SAP partners—the ones who consistently deliver high-quality work and true value beyond just technical services—are feeling the strain the most. This trend is evident as more SAP adopters find it difficult to issue RFPs, with highly sought-after consulting firms often declining to participate due to a lack of available resources.
